Snow plowing and salting has kept our road crew very busy. Two plow cutting edges were purchased at $200 each. Trustee Zizka said he had a call from Bill Sponaugle who was very complimentary about the job the crew was doing on township roads. He also got a call from a King Road resident complaining the road had not been plowed by 8:00 a.m.

The new pay rate for the Assistant Zoning Inspector will be in effect March 1.

The March 18 meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. to allow for a meeting with Kelly Austin, KLA Consulting Risk Management. Regular meeting will follow.

The May 4 meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. to allow time to discuss the OTARMA Renewal (Insurance). Regular meeting will follow.

Trustee Zizka spoke with a concrete contractor who recommended the church building walk be 12-13 feet wide so it could be plowed, and 5 inches thick. Mr. Hammar suggested a 10-foot wide walk. No conclusion was reached. Zizka also said we were notified by the County Engineer that due to a new system of measuring, our road mileage has increased from 11.73 to 11.812. We again reminded attendees of the EMS renewal levy on the May ballot.
